Dylan Schwarz and his assistant Elke arrive on K2 to kick off a children's art project. Meanwhile, Pippa finds herself the center of attention for Dr. Kersley and obstetrician Dr. Tatty Oxford, who has an unexpected revelation for Den. Kim reveals that Dave has received a job offer in Iraq, prompting Den to reflect on her own surprising news. Pippa stumbles upon something intriguing in a corner of Chatters. Dylan's efforts lead to a breakthrough in one patient's diagnosis, but outside the ward, Den's news leads to a violent confrontation involving Hilary. After a successful Vag-At study, Pippa celebrates the funding approval with a stunned Josh, who has one last surprise up his sleeve.
