Episode Overview

On his day off, Henry plans to bond with his father, Ed, but Ed's sole focus is retrieving a Steve Garvey baseball he ordered from Authentic Carl’s sports memorabilia shop. Unable to sway his father's mind, Henry reluctantly accompanies him. When they reach the store, they discover the ball has already been sold. Determined to track it down, they identify the new owner's house and wait for him to return. While Ed misses out on the ball, he gains valuable insights about spending time with Henry. Meanwhile, Vince and Bonnie seek more privacy by moving to Ed’s garage, but their efforts to stay positive about conceiving are continually challenged by the garage's many flaws.
