Episode Overview

Off the coast of Yorkshire, Siwrengale sets sail to kick off the North Sea whelk season. Captain Darren Warters is joined by his sons, Regan and Lewis, on this quest. The rising demand from Asia has turned this small area of the North Sea into a promising fishing ground, but winter storms have wreaked havoc on their pots. Before they can dive into fishing, they must first tackle the daunting task of untangling miles of rope.
