Episode Overview
On Halloween, Dog and Beth are ready to help the kids carve pumpkins, but first, they have some important work to do. Instead of trick-or-treating, they’re on the lookout for a fugitive. Their target is Robert, a tattoo artist notorious for skipping court appearances. Dog begins at Robert’s residence, where they stumble upon a shocking find: the man has a significant collection of weapons. After gathering information from the neighbors, Dog heads to Robert's tattoo shop. Will Robert's penchant for hoarding weapons also be evident at his workplace?
