Episode Overview

In a somewhat sequel-like twist from the premiere, Ernest Kirsch, the SCTV writer, decides to go on strike, throwing a wrench into the usual programming. Meanwhile, at SCTV News, Floyd and Earl find themselves scrambling to create their own material. Caballero, still in his wheelchair and clutching a phone, initiates a new tradition of addressing the camera with speeches. Throughout the episode, his verbosity would gradually increase, but in this moment, he keeps his remarks concise and straightforward.
