As summer vacation approaches in just three days, Frankie is thrilled to have survived another school year with her family. However, her excitement quickly turns to dread when she and Mike discover that Brick must complete a daily journal for Ms. Rinsky to advance to fourth grade. Meanwhile, Axl hasn’t completed his mandatory 30 hours of community service, and due to a mix-up, Sue needs to verify that she’s never taken a sick day to earn her perfect attendance award at her middle school graduation.
