Dhritarashtra expresses his desire to bring the war to a close, and Bhishma offers him advice on how to accomplish this. Meanwhile, Shakuni grows anxious over Krishna’s involvement and attempts to persuade Duryodhan against going to war. Later, Karna and Duryodhan approach Dhritarashtra to announce their decision to launch an attack on Matsya.
