Lindsay and Melanie celebrate their new baby, Gus, with a bris, but Brian initially opts out until Michael persuades him to attend. Determined to assert himself as a father figure, Brian decides to make a surprise entrance at the event. Meanwhile, Justin tries to grab Brian's attention by drawing focus at Babylon. As Brian steps into his role as Gus's dad, tensions rise between Lindsay and Melanie. Michael, trying to maintain his straight persona, unexpectedly encounters a co-worker near the gay bars. Additionally, Ted finally gives in to a guy he's been resisting all night, leading to a heartbreaking outcome.
