Eric comes across a motel brochure and decides to surprise Donna with a romantic getaway, which she eagerly accepts to escape her bickering parents. Both of them fabricate stories to conceal their plans from their families. However, their deception backfires when they discover their neighbors at the motel. Meanwhile, Kelso grapples with feelings of inadequacy, believing he has lost his masculinity due to his struggles with intimacy with Pam Macy.
