The Formans are alarmed to discover that Red has gone fishing, a sure sign of his anger. Upon his return, Red shares his thoughts on Eric and Donna's choice to relocate. Meanwhile, Kelso, Hyde, and Fez embark on a mission to create vulgar artwork on the water tower for their senior prank. However, a heated argument between Hyde and Kelso over Jackie results in Kelso’s hospitalization, forcing Fez to handle the police by himself. Meanwhile, Jackie grapples with her emotions as she contemplates her feelings for both guys.
