Episode Overview

Kelso panics when Roy hints that he could be this year's designated fool for the police academy. Determined to find out the truth, Kelso enlists Hyde and Eric to help him sneak into the academy and check his file. Meanwhile, Fez prepares for his final exam at the INS, which will determine his future as a U.S. citizen. To help him study, Donna, Kitty, Jackie, and Red each offer their unique interpretations of American history, leading to a comical mix of lessons and perspectives.
