An INS agent arrives to investigate the authenticity of Fez's marriage to Laurie. To prevent being deported, Fez needs to win over Red and stay with the Formans. Meanwhile, Donna pushes Kelso to confront Brooke about their unexpected baby and to own up to his responsibilities. However, for reasons unknown, Brooke chooses to give him a free pass, complicating matters further.
