At the Waste Management Recycle America Center, designers have just 30 minutes to gather as many recyclable materials as they can from designated bins. Over the course of a single day, they must transform these items into a wearable outfit, utilizing their creativity and skill. Additionally, each designer is provided with a budget of $25 to purchase supplementary art supplies to enhance their creations.
