Episode Overview
Speed and Trixie head to the shipyard to watch the Masked Racer's car being unloaded for the upcoming Trans Country Race. Trixie suggests that Speed should consider entering the race, and after some hesitation, he agrees. At the Racer home, Pops discovers on TV that Speed has signed up for the race, causing him to become furious. He reflects on the painful memory of losing his eldest son, Rex, who once raced without his approval. Rex's car, built by Pops, crashed just before a possible win. Though Rex walked away unharmed, Pops forbade him from racing again due to his inexperience, leading Rex to leave home for good. Meanwhile, the Alpha Team is engaged in a covert meeting, strategizing on how to sabotage the race.
