Episode Overview
Speed is recuperating in a room at the National Hospital, while the President occupies room 1 and Speed is in room 5. Rudolph Elegantor pays a visit on behalf of Vice President Duper, who bears a resemblance to Hitler without his trademark mustache, and invites Speed to his residence. Racer X also drops by, and upon hearing about the invitation to Duper's home, he suddenly changes his demeanor. Could he be a secret agent? When Speed arrives at Duper's underground home, he’s locked in a waiting room before being escorted to meet the Vice President. However, on the way, someone pulls a gun on him. Although Speed manages to wrestle it away, his victory is short-lived as he gets knocked out. Meanwhile, a person disguised as Speed drives off in the Mach Five. Racer X arrives at Duper's place, only to learn that Speed has already left, prompting him to search for his long-lost brother. In reality, Speed is unconscious
