Overview
Set in Stockport during 1990, Martin Parker aspires to achieve success akin to Alan Sugar while possessing the charm of Robert Kilroy Silk. On the surface, he appears to lead an ideal life with a thriving chain of electrical stores, a supportive wife, children, and a flashy car. However, beneath this façade lies a troubling reality filled with debt and deception. As his world begins to unravel, two significant women in his life, Kath and Diane, conspire to bring about his downfall, revealing the complexities of ambition and betrayal.
