Episode Overview

A Dutch industrial consultant meets a gruesome fate when he dies in a violent explosion of blood during an appointment. Olivia and Peter are the first responders to the scene, where they uncover that the blood holds a dangerous pathogen that could potentially infect everyone in the building. As Walter and Astrid labor outside the quarantined site to formulate a cure, the virus begins to evolve in alarming ways, threatening to unleash a global catastrophe.
