The crew of the Enterprise finds themselves in a perilous situation when an away team contracts a virus while probing the enigmatic fatalities of the entire crew aboard the Starship Tsilkovsky. As the infection spreads, the crew's inhibitions begin to dissolve, leading to unpredictable behavior and chaos on the ship. With time running out, they must race against the clock to find a cure and regain control before the situation spirals further out of hand.
