Episode Overview

On his first day back at work, Ben rushes to the site of an armed robbery where a young officer has been shot. After undergoing surgery, the officer, a former classmate of Jaz's, is admitted to the ward, only for them to learn that his spinal injury may leave him unable to walk again. Meanwhile, a young man with epilepsy arrives following a car accident, testing Bron's patience with his rebellious and reckless attitude. Von assists a woman in overcoming her shame to address her abdominal pain. Concerned, Steph notices signs of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Ben after his recent assault.
