Meanwhile, Vincent clashes with his superior, Mr. Madsen, regarding the care of Lauren Wellham, a victim of a car bomb explosion, as she returns to All Saints. Additionally, Paula must face the reality of Luke's role in Max's life when he arrives on the ward after school.
