Dr. BadVibes has devised a scheme using hypnotic musical instruments to mesmerize concert audiences, allowing his accomplices to steal their possessions. He has formed a rock band named The Bad News, featuring Berserko and Rock Krusher. To thwart his plans, Mirage and Hardtop are dispatched to infiltrate the scene as talent scouts, aiming to put a stop to The Bad News' performances and ensure this scheme hits a major sour note.
