Episode Overview

In 1000 B.C. along the Huang River in China, Sydney and Nigel delve into the mystery of an ancient Chinese artifact that has unexpectedly appeared on the shores of Alaska, over 3,000 miles from where it originated. According to legend, a Chinese Emperor crafted a sarcophagus for his beloved bride, who was adorned with a gold necklace even in death. Tragically, bandits interrupted the funeral and made off with the coffin. In Moose Bay, they discover that two rival relic hunters, both former romantic interests of Sydney, are also after the treasure. To reclaim the artifact, Sydney and Nigel must outmaneuver these competitors and a local who has his own agenda.
