When Sydney discovers her grandmother Isabelle's old trunk, it ignites a journey into Isabelle's intriguing past as a singer at the Moulin Rouge in Paris. Wrongly accused of stealing a locket—a gift from her lover—Isabelle faced devastating consequences. Her partner, Philip Ashcroft, believed to be an English spy, had smuggled a valuable tiara known as the Heart of Europe out of Russia, but was killed in Paris before he could deliver it, and the tiara was never found.
