Episode Overview
In 1423 A.D., Sydney and Nigel venture to Endostan to visit an old friend of Sydney's, now a queen, only to learn of her tragic and mysterious death. Assassins are still pursuing the sultan, whom Sydney saves. The late queen was in search of the Star of Nadir, a symbol of true leadership. With possession of the Star, the Sultan could quell the opposing conservative factions. Meanwhile, he has arranged for his daughter Alia to marry Jamal, son of the influential Hakim Mustafa. Alia, however, has her own ambitions, much to Hakim's dismay. Teaming up, Alia, Sydney, and Nigel embark on a quest for the Star, uncovering that the castle's head of security orchestrated the queen's demise in collusion with Hakim. After a series of confrontations, they secure the Star but find themselves captured. In a twist, Jamal rebels against his father, leading to Hakim's
