While babysitting young Jonathan Tate, Samantha finds herself in a predicament when Aunt Clara unintentionally transforms him into twins. Now, the challenge is to keep this unexpected development a secret from the Tates. As Aunt Clara scrambles to recall the spell to reverse the transformation, Samantha does her best to prevent Larry and Louise from discovering that they now have an extra child in their midst.
