One evening, Samantha spots Gladys Kravitz sitting alone on the curb. Ignoring Darrin's protests, she approaches Gladys, who reveals she is leaving Abner. Concerned, Samantha invites her to stay at their home and takes it upon herself to mend their fractured relationship. However, after days of tolerating Gladys's bothersome health food meals and beauty routines, Samantha realizes she needs a magical solution.
