Bewitched (1964)

Episode Overview

Inspired by Samantha's adventures, Serena sets out to find a mortal companion. She discovers Franklin Blodgett via a computer dating service, but, as is typical in TV Land, the matches are less than ideal. Her excitement quickly turns to disappointment when, just as they are about to get engaged, Franklin makes a disparaging comment about her magical abilities. This encounter reinforces the idea that not all connections are meant to be, especially when blending the worlds of mortals and witches.
