Whitney collapses during the dance-a-thon and is quickly taken to the hospital. Despite the E.R. doctor's attempts to motivate her to change her unhealthy habits, she remains unyielding. Things take a turn for the worse during a snowy outing when she ends up shouting at the television crew, desperate for assistance.
