In a universe where penicillin never came to be, Quinn is wrongly identified as his doppelgänger, who is thought to have triggered a widespread outbreak. As he finds himself locked up by a health organization, Wade begins to display symptoms of the illness, leaving only Arturo with the knowledge to discover the antidote.
