Episode Overview

Just before the slide, a creature injects a parasite into Maggie, transporting the Sliders to a grim reality where young adults are coerced into a compulsory organ-donor scheme. As the clock ticks, the rest of the group must race against time to locate Maggie before she selects an ideal partner to breed and deposit her eggs.
