Episode Overview

Maelstrom, a thief previously apprehended by Carmen during her ACME detective days, breaks out of prison, vowing to take revenge on her. Initially, the detectives hear rumors of his death during the escape. Intrigued, they turn to The Chief, who recounts a story from Carmen’s past where she, along with a robotic version of The Chief, thwarted Maelstrom's plan to steal the Titanic wreck. In the end, Ivy and Zack discover that Maelstrom is indeed alive, seeing a chance to apprehend both him and Carmen. However, when they secretly board his ship, Maelstrom captures them instead.
