Mason Dixon, one of Carmen's henchmen, seizes her time machine and unexpectedly rises to become the head of V.I.L.E., relegating Carmen to the role of his subordinate. Meanwhile, Zack and Ivy are tasked with fixing the chaos Mason has unleashed while also preventing him from altering the course of the Civil War.
