Phineas and Ferb decide to construct a luxurious ocean liner, hoping to give Baljeet the chance to enjoy a romantic cruise with Mishti, who he has recently come to see as quite beautiful. At the same time, Doofenshmirtz is plotting to relocate all the lighthouses to the opposite side of town, aiming to escape the incessant noise from the boats in the bay that disrupt his sleep at headquarters.
