Episode Overview

Candace finds herself in a state of panic when she accidentally agrees to babysit Jeremy's younger sister, Suzy. However, she soon discovers that Suzy is quite calm without her brother around, claiming she’s “off the clock.” The two connect, and Suzy teaches Candace how to trick Phineas and Ferb into revealing their plans. Meanwhile, the boys are busy constructing a replica of Niagara Falls in their backyard, with plans to ride over the falls in a barrel. Over at Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc., Dr. Doofenshmirtz decides to boost his carbon footprint—though he’s unsure what that really means—by creating a device called the Carbon Footprint-inator.
