Episode Overview

Candace's attempts to keep an eye on Phineas and Ferb take an unexpected turn when Dr. Doofenshmirtz's "Babe-inator" transforms her brothers into infants. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz experiences a revelation and decides to abandon his villainous path, appearing at the OWCA for guidance. Agent P reluctantly steps in to mentor him, but their relationship quickly deteriorates when Dr. Doofenshmirtz inadvertently reveals the secret identity of another animal agent, complicating matters for everyone involved.
