Phineas and his friends throw an extravagant party for Isabella's birthday, but what she truly desires is some peaceful moments alone with Phineas. At the same time, Doofenshmirtz is busy with his latest invention, the Bugs Me-Inator, which he has attached to a sinister bug bus. As he roams through Danville, he’s transforming everything that annoys him into actual bugs.
