Episode Overview

Upon discovering Monty and Vanessa's hidden romance, Carl coerces Monty into assisting him in gaining some recognition from Monogram. At the same time, Candace is overjoyed to find out that her neighbor, Peggy McGee, has seen all of Phineas and Ferb's summer adventures and is eager to share the news with their mom. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz invents his "Inflator-inator" in an attempt to put an end to the daily bagpipe performances from his irritating neighbor.
