When Agnes Deschamps vanishes without a trace, the team investigates her case and discovers that she was thought to possess psychic abilities. Sam struggles to believe in the validity of one witness who claims to be psychic, but is taken aback when the woman accurately identifies her issues with Martin. Meanwhile, Jack, Martin, and Danny cover additional shifts while Vivian is sidelined for heart surgery. Together, they piece together clues and eventually locate Agnes after a kidnapping incident in a supermarket parking lot provides an unexpected lead.
