Episode Overview

The team looks into the case of Eric Hayes, a social worker who had recently submitted his resignation. Their search brings them to a young pregnant woman who had previously lost a child to the system, leading the agents to suspect that Eric might have been involved in an affair. However, they soon uncover that he was actually attempting to make amends for the injustices that compelled him to leave his position. Meanwhile, Danny struggles with the case as it hits close to home, reminding him of his own foster care experiences. Jack shares his feelings about Ann with Samantha, but he fears it might be too late to salvage their relationship.
