Desiree, Nikki, and Kim enroll in a Tae-Bo class led by the renowned Billy Blanks. During an intense session, Nikki inadvertently knocks Professor Oglevee unconscious with an accidental punch and feels compelled to look after him. Their unexpected connection flourishes, but it’s quickly threatened when Professor Oglevee's snobbish girlfriend, Veronica Cooper, steps in, adamant about her commitment to him.
