Batman (1966)

Episode Overview

The Penguin seems to have turned over a new leaf as he campaigns for mayor of Gotham City, exploiting a little-known city charter that allows felons to run for office. Meanwhile, facing impending defeat, Mayor Linseed persuades Batman to enter the race, much to the Penguin's dismay. Determined to secure his victory, the Penguin devises a scheme to ensnare Batman and Robin. By the end of the episode, the situation for the Dynamic Duo appears dire, leaving them in a precarious predicament against the crafty Penguin.
