Episode Overview

The Penguin has launched an upscale eatery named The Penguin's Nest, where patrons must jot down their orders on paper. Meanwhile, he concocts a plan to get himself imprisoned and pass the handwritten notes to Ballpoint Baxter, a forger serving time. Batman, sensing a plot, advises the police against returning The Penguin to his cell. When communication with Ballpoint fails, The Penguin and his culinary crew break out of jail, kidnapping Chief O'Hara in the process.
