Batman manages to free himself from a perilous watery trap, but Robin remains captive with King Tut. The misguided villain is convinced that Lisa Carson is the reincarnation of Queen Cleopatra and contacts her father, demanding a ransom of $8,300,487.12, the exact amount needed to pay off the Pyramids' mortgage. Using the Jolly Jackson radio show as a communication channel, Tut attempts to negotiate with Batman. However, his true intentions may involve keeping both the ransom money and Lisa, while plotting to eliminate the Caped Crusaders in his deadly royal boiling oil.
