Mr. Freeze returns with a chilling scheme to create a powerful weapon capable of dominating the globe. Teaming up with the famous ice skater Glacia Glaze, he abducts Professor Isaacson to force him to reveal the secret formula for instant ice. To further his sinister plan, Mr. Freeze dispatches his trained seal, Isolde, to Police Headquarters with a ransom note, demanding Batman's intervention for the professor's release. However, the icy antagonist has ulterior motives, plotting not only to seize the ransom and the professor but also to eliminate the Dynamic Duo once and for all.
