Episode Overview

In a span of six months, a series of subway rapes leaves seven young women traumatized by a flash and dash attacker. To aid the investigation, the police enlist a psychiatrist to help the team understand the criminal's mindset. Once the suspect is apprehended, it's revealed that he has the driver's license of a potential new victim whose testimony could lead to his conviction.
