Episode Overview

A woman is discovered murdered and assaulted near her vehicle. Shortly after, another woman comes forward, claiming she was raped by a police officer who stopped her for an alleged traffic violation. This revelation prompts the police to investigate one of their own, but as they dig deeper, they uncover that the true perpetrator is not the officer they initially suspected.
