Episode Overview

A young woman is discovered raped and murdered near a nightclub, with five hundred dollars stuffed in her mouth. Benson and Stabler trace the fingerprints on the cash back to Attorney Jason Whitaker, who manages the Duvall family's trust. As the detectives grow increasingly convinced that Gabriel Duvall is their suspect, they struggle to gather enough evidence for an arrest. Meanwhile, ADA Novak juggles the case and a frightened former victim, only to be violently assaulted in her office late one night.
