Episode Overview

After a suspect under the influence of PCP throws Stabler through a window at the precinct, he’s sidelined, leaving Benson to work with Munch and Tutuola on a puzzling set of photographs. Their search points them toward a potential child pornographer and a drug-addicted burglar. However, when Benson falls sick during their inquiry, the team discovers that the case is far more complex than they initially thought. It turns out that Seth Millstead wasn’t targeting children; instead, he had been conducting experiments on the apartment building's tenants for a new pesticide.
