Episode Overview

When the girls arrive at WOOHP, they learn that Jerry has stepped down and been replaced by the charming and suave Mac Smit, who instantly captures Sam's attention. However, odd occurrences soon arise, like the sinister transformation of a credit card Mac provided and the explosion of the car he lent them. As the girls investigate, they uncover that the real threat comes from Mac himself, who is actually a rogue WOOHP agent named Tim Scam. His sinister goal is to use an Evapo-Blaster he created to drain the planet's water supply, starting with eliminating the spies. Meanwhile, the girls grow frustrated with Jerry's treatment and long for a new guardian.
