A devious antagonist aims to become the pinnacle of evolution by creating a bizarre gadget that literally shrinks people's brains, pushing them back into a primitive mindset. As a result, he transforms the population into cavemen. With society regressing, even upscale areas like Beverly Hills descend into a chaotic, lawless environment reminiscent of Mad Max.
